Our company provides a wide range of international deliveries: EXW, FCA, DAF, CPT, CIP, CFR, CIF, FOB – all ports of Black Sea.
- LLC UKR-GRAIN exported product that you are interested and the Buyer accepts and pays for it.
- Type, quantity, delivery date, price of each lot of the Goods indicated in the specifications for each delivery and is an integral part of the Contract.
- The total amount of the contract for export is defined as the sum of the specifications.
- The cost of packaging is included in the price of the Goods.
Delivery terms
- All products is delivered on terms EXW, FCA, DAF, CPT, CIP, CFR, CIF etc. (Incoterms)
- Our company produces the customs clearance of export goods.
- LLC UKR-GRAIN guarantees the quality and safety of the Goods supplied in accordance with the standards approved for this type of Goods, and certificates required for this type of Goods, drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the country of the Supplier.
- Product submitted by our company are accepted by the Purchaser at the point of delivery (as per Incoterms) according to the quality certificates and according to the number specified in the Specification to Contract and accompanying by the consignment note.
Payment terms
We are accepting payment by 100% Letter of Credit or prepaying for all Goods except sunflower and soybean oils.
As sunflower and soybean oils are liquid products and selling forward so we don’t work with payment such as Letter of Credit (L/C, DLC)
Within 3 (three) business days from the date of signing of the Specifications for consignment of sunflower and soybean oils Purchaser makes a reservation. Reservation means payment 30% on the basis of proform invoice.
- Buyer within three (3) business days from the date of signing Specifications for batch of sunflower oil makes a reservation - an advance payment of 30% of the value of the Goods on the basis of pro forma invoice.
- The carrying payment (70%) for Goods that are ready for shipment Purchaser makes at least 3-4 (three to four) business days before the planned date of shipment on the basis of invoice.
